We've bought and/or sold 12 homes in our lifetime and working with Larry has by far been the best experience we've encountered. We decided to sell our townhouse in Woodbridge so we contacted Larry.  He stopped by the house and gave us some suggestions on what to do which would make our home more appealing to prospective buyers, for example removing the treadmill from our living room and de-cluttering the garage which would enhance the appearance of our home. After this we discussed a price which would benefit both us and whomever purchased the home. He had an open house and had multiple offers on our home within 15 minutes and had a contract on it within a few days. Once we had a bonafide offer on our townhouse we decided to search for our next home on-line so when we found some potential homes we wanted to look at.   We gave these to Larry and he set up appointments to view these which fit into our schedule. He never pushed us or tried to persuade us in buying anything, but let us make the decision ourselves. We found the home we wanted within the first day of looking and placed an offer on it. Both transactions with Larry were painless and stress-free. We would recommend him to anybody, either selling or buying a home as he will give you 110% effort. He is second to none when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

Wonderful agent who makes the process easy Larry is an amazing agent. He goes the extra mile and makes sure he is looking out for your best interests. He made himself available for whatever we needed throughout the whole process and provided expert advice on price, when to list, how to stage our home, and when to accept one of our multiple offers. He secured us a selling price well above asking and negotiated a closing date that worked for our benefit. Larry was also the agent we used for the purchase of our new home and provided expert service for that as well. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. The level of service he provides is unmatched. I have already recommended him to friends and I will continue to do so.

Hi Larry,... we will never meet, you go in my book as a most special person and in my lifetime I've crossed paths with many people. You stand right at the top of my list in terms of your generosity and willingness to help others who are in need. And you know the old military expression, Larry - "you have gone above and beyond the call of duty" in terms of what you've done for Bobby. And based on what you've done for him; I'm sure you've done it for many others. There are very few people in this world who go to the lengths you do to help others. Obviously you follow the credo of, " it's all about helping others". Bobby would have been totally sunk if you had not stepped in to save him.
