We've bought and/or sold 12 homes in our lifetime and working with Larry has by far been the best experience we've encountered. Once we had a bonafide offer on our townhouse we decided to search for our next home on-line so when we found some potential homes we wanted to look at.   We gave these to Larry and he set up appointments to view these which fit into our schedule. He never pushed us or tried to persuade us in buying anything, but let us make the decision ourselves. We found the home we wanted within the first day of looking and placed an offer on it. Both transactions with Larry were painless and stress-free. We would recommend him to anybody, either selling or buying a home as he will give you 110% effort. He is second to none when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
